Privacy Policy
Effective September 6, 2026
1. Information we collect
We collect details you provide, such as your name, email address, support messages, and account credentials. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes, not readable plain text. When commerce features become available, we may store plan selections, order references, amounts, currencies, invoice identifiers, payment states, and limited provider response data. We do not ask you to submit wallet private keys or seed phrases.
The platform may also process session identifiers, IP address, browser or device information, timestamps, and security or audit events needed to operate and protect the service.
2. How we use information
We use information to create and protect accounts, display customer records, answer support requests, prevent abuse, diagnose errors, comply with legal duties, maintain audit history, and, after integrations are enabled, coordinate payment confirmation and device provisioning. We do not use support messages as a place to collect secrets.
4. Security
NUVEXIQ uses technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the platform, including protected sessions, access controls, hashed passwords, limited display of provider data, and application encryption for selected sensitive fields. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Keep account credentials private and report suspected unauthorized activity through support.
5. Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to operate accounts, maintain accurate transaction and security records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods may differ by record type. Data may be preserved when deletion would conflict with a legal duty, fraud-prevention need, or an unresolved transaction.
6. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of personal information, and to object to certain processing. These rights can have legal exceptions. Submit a request through support and provide enough information to verify the relevant account; never send a password or private key.
8. Updates and questions
We may update this policy when features, providers, or legal obligations change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Privacy questions and rights requests can be submitted through the support form.
