Refund Policy
Effective September 6, 2026
1. Current checkout status
Cryptomus checkout and VMOS/K30 provisioning are not active. NUVEXIQ should not create a live invoice or request payment while these integrations remain disabled. If anyone asks you to send funds outside the platform’s verified checkout flow, do not pay and submit a support request.
2. When a refund may be available
After paid service launches, a refund may be available when NUVEXIQ confirms a duplicate charge, an incorrect charge, a provider-side failure that prevents initial provisioning, or another circumstance required by applicable law. Requests are reviewed against order, payment, and device lifecycle records.
3. General limits
Unless applicable law requires otherwise, refunds may be unavailable after a cloud device has been successfully provisioned and made accessible, for unused time caused by customer choice, for account restrictions resulting from prohibited use, or for incompatibility that was not included in the accepted plan specification. Third-party application purchases and charges are outside the NUVEXIQ order unless expressly stated.
4. Crypto payment considerations
Blockchain transfers can be irreversible. Any approved refund may require a verified destination and may be reduced by unavoidable network or provider fees where lawful. The returned asset or value, exchange-rate treatment, minimum amount, and processing path depend on the original transaction and payment-provider rules. Never send a private key or seed phrase to request a refund.
5. How to request review
Use the support form and include the account email, NUVEXIQ order reference, reason for the request, and any non-sensitive evidence. Do not include passwords, private keys, or full wallet credentials. NUVEXIQ may request reasonable verification before acting on a financial request.
6. Mandatory rights
This policy does not limit refund, cancellation, charge, or consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. If a mandatory rule conflicts with this policy, that rule controls.
