Terms of Service
Effective September 6, 2026
1. Service status and scope
NUVEXIQ currently provides a website and account-management MVP. References to cloud phones, hosted Android environments, VMOS/K30, Cryptomus, remote access, or provisioning describe the intended service flow unless a customer record explicitly shows that a live feature is available. We may change or discontinue preview functionality as integrations and commercial terms are reviewed.
2. Accounts and security
You must provide accurate registration information, keep your password confidential, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access through the support form. You are responsible for activity performed through your account where permitted by applicable law. You may not transfer an account or use another person’s account without authorization.
3. Plans, orders, and crypto payment
Displayed prices and plan descriptions form a catalog until checkout is enabled. An order is accepted only when NUVEXIQ creates an order record and the payment status is confirmed through the configured payment provider. Crypto transactions can be irreversible and may involve network fees or exchange-rate movement. You must verify the amount, currency, network, and destination shown by the hosted provider before sending funds.
A payment confirmation does not mean a cloud device is ready. Provisioning depends on a verified provider connection and the device record’s lifecycle status.
4. Acceptable use
You may use the service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with the rules of any applications, networks, and third-party services you access. You must not use NUVEXIQ to distribute malware, evade access controls, conduct unauthorized automation, impersonate others, interfere with infrastructure, infringe rights, or facilitate fraud, abuse, or illegal activity. We may restrict activity that threatens customers, providers, or the platform.
5. Availability and third parties
Cloud devices, payment processing, hosting, networks, and application access may depend on third parties. NUVEXIQ does not promise uninterrupted availability, a particular device specification, compatibility with every application, or a specific provider region unless those details are stated in an accepted order. Maintenance, provider action, capacity, or security controls may affect access.
6. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address a security risk, prohibited activity, nonpayment, legal obligation, or material breach of these terms. Where practical and lawful, the relevant status will be shown in the account workspace. Ending access does not reverse a completed blockchain transaction; refund eligibility follows the Refund Policy and applicable law.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The preview platform is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, NUVEXIQ disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including losses caused by third-party applications, blockchain networks, or activity performed through a customer-controlled environment. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
You agree to comply with applicable law. Any dispute will be handled under the law and forum that validly apply to the relationship; these terms do not remove mandatory consumer protections.
8. Changes and questions
We may update these terms as the service changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be presented through an appropriate platform notice where required. Submit questions through the support form.
